Our team supports you through rollout, embedding, and ongoing improvement. The Toolkit becomes a living resource that grows with your organisation and is tested against real-world scenarios.

Making Change Stick

Once assessment, alignment, and design are done, implementation ensures the work leads to real change — the systems, protocols, and supports become part of your culture, not just documents in a drawer.

Implementation includes:

  • For managers, staff, leaders — making sure they understand their roles under the new protocols.

  • Trying out new processes in select teams or units to learn what works and where adjustments are needed.

  • Collecting data on usage, feedback, incidents, staff wellbeing; comparing with baseline metrics from Step 1.

  • Establishing a review cycle so protocols are revisited, feedback is incorporated, and systems adapt as the workplace evolves (e.g. after organisational changes, new incidents, feedback).

Supporting Research & Best Practice

Research on psychosocial risk reduction notes that interventions are more successful when they include sustained implementation with feedback loops rather than one-off actions.

Protective organisational factors such as psychological safety, supportive leadership, and meaningful communication are especially effective when reinforced through training, manager behaviour change, and clear roles.
