Design and Implementation of Bespoke Prevention & Response Frameworks
Psychosocial hazards such as exposure to suicide and sudden death are often overlooked in workplace health and safety planning. The Workplace Toolkit provides a clear, evidence-based pathway to reduce risk, strengthen resilience, and ensure workplaces are prepared to respond.
When workplaces are unprepared, staff experience stress, trauma, and burnout — with the right tools, these harms can be reduced.

Introduction
What is the Workplace Toolkit?
The Workplace Toolkit is a structured framework that combines:
Best practice guidelines in psychosocial safety and postvention,
Practical tools and templates tailored to your sector,
Co-designed protocols so your systems reflect the real challenges your teams face.
It’s not an off-the-shelf package. Every Toolkit is bespoke, built around your workplace culture, size, and the type of staff exposure to trauma and loss.
Our 4-Step Framework
-
Step 1 – Needs Assessment
We start by understanding your current staff exposure, risks, and the preparedness of your WHS systems. This includes consultation with leaders and staff to identify both strengths and vulnerabilities.

Step 2 – Alignment
Using the latest research and best practice in workplace mental health and safety, we identify gaps in your policies, protocols, and response processes. From here, we recommend evidence-based options to strengthen your systems.

Step 3 – Co-Design
We work directly with your teams through facilitated workshops to design response protocols, training pathways, and support mechanisms. Co-design ensures the Toolkit is practical, relevant, and owned by your workplace.

Step 4 – Implementation
Our team supports you through rollout, embedding, and ongoing improvement. The Toolkit becomes a living resource that grows with your organisation and is tested against real-world scenarios.
