Introduction

What is the Workplace Toolkit?

The Workplace Toolkit is a structured framework that combines:

  • Best practice guidelines in psychosocial safety and postvention,

  • Practical tools and templates tailored to your sector,

  • Co-designed protocols so your systems reflect the real challenges your teams face.

It’s not an off-the-shelf package. Every Toolkit is bespoke, built around your workplace culture, size, and the type of staff exposure to trauma and loss.
