  • Yes. We support workplaces across Australia, and many of our services — including training, workshops, and consultation — can be delivered online. For WA-based organisations, in-person sessions can be arranged depending on availability and location.

  • Absolutely. Many enquiries come from HR teams, leaders, or wellbeing professionals seeking guidance for their workplace. You can share as much or as little context as you feel comfortable with — we’ll guide the next steps.

  • A brief overview of your situation or what you’re hoping to explore is helpful. There’s no obligation to share personal details, and we can discuss the specifics gently and at your pace once we respond.
